Where does one go when one needs to make a major adjustment in attitude? Why, they go to our favorite Greenwood pot shop, Have A Heart Greenwood. Here’s a fun way to get fit, the Title Boxing Club has been described as upbeat and invigorating, in Greenwood at N. Palatine and N 1st Avenue. Where else can you go in Seattle or Greenwood and beat the crap out of a stranger without getting locked up, and do it with a smile on your face? Timid or not sure this is for you? No worries, you don’t even have to lose a dollar as Title Boxing Club offers free first time classes.

If you’re not quite ready to whack your body into shape with weed and fitness, in the heart of Green Lake is Pure Barre, which offers challenging and stimulating workouts with hands-on trainers. Classes are just under an hour and start off with a warmup and throughout the class you’ll sculpt, tone and lift various areas of your body. A typical class will focus on ab work, arms, butt, and thighs. Chicks dig Pure Barre but men are welcome too.

We find the key to a successful fitness plan is 33% attitude, 33% Greenwood weed shop, and 33% making the workout fun, and if you can’t find something good in CrossFit, boxing or Pure Barre, and you still want to get fit in Greenwood, you need to smoke more pot!
