Greenwood is a very lucky neighborhood. Not only does it have the Greenwood Art Walk, one of the best curated Art Walks in Seattle, it has restaurants from higher-end, elegant french cuisine at Gainsbourg to the hard pouring, greasing spoon and bar, the legendary Baranof. It also hosts Seattle’s finest marijuana at Have a Heart’s Greenwood locale.
On the second Friday of every month from 6 to 9 p.m., you can take advantage of the amazing Greenwood Art Walk. Fortunately, you can partake in great Northside weed right on the corner of 85th and 3rd seven days a week (from 8a.m. to 11:45 p.m.).
This month’s featured artists include Patrice Tullai a triple graduate of the University of Washington, with B.F.A.’s in Painting, Sculpture, and Fine Art. Her work has been featured at Bumbershoot, COCA, and the Seattle Fencing Project. Her work has included pop art, endangered animals, and most currently, abstract minimalism.
You might also know her as an accomplished recording artist who has released albums like Pretty Mary Sunshine, Frownland, and Alicedean. Her work was featured in the major motion picture SFW along with Radiohead, Hole, Soundgarden, and Marilyn Manson. You can view Patrice’s work on display at Abram’s Chiropractic: 7815 Greenwood Ave N.
For Patrice’s show we recommend the following:
