In addition to the new PodID system, the Pax Era Pro device itself has added quite a few impressive improvements. The already fast on-demand draw is now practically instantaneous, delivering a perfectly heated hit as soon as you start to inhale. The battery now lasts 18% longer and the bluetooth range is 50% greater than before. The Era Pro charges faster by using a USB-C connector and the edges have been smoothed out to fit better in your hand. It’s also now easier to manually adjust the temperature with a few simple movements.
