Looking for something off-the-beaten-path to do for your weekend? Look no further than Pancakes & Booze, happening Saturday, January 28th from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. at El Corazon.
Attend Pancakes & Booze for the free pancake bar and wash them down with your favorite cocktail. We’re not sure what drink might work best with pancakes, but it’s not a stretch to imagine a bubbly champagne cocktail complementing sweet syrupy pancakes nicely. Pair this up with some herb from Have a Heart Belltown and you’ve got the recipe for a decadent night. Our downtown Seattle pot shop isn’t far from El Corazon, and well within walking distance from Pike Place Market and the Seattle Ferry. You’ll have your finger on the pulse of a night full of thrills, chills and all kinds of magic. Just remember, we love pancakes and booze but we are in love with pancakes and pot.
Once you’ve had your fill of pancakes, you’ll quickly find yourself open-mouthed and in awe of the work of over 60 artists. Ever feel like you just want someone to use your body as a canvas? You can have your pancakes and eat them too, as there’s live body painting. Hella-fun if you’ve stopped off at our downtown Seattle marijuana store since it’s so nearby. Might we recommend Cherry OG, which Have a Heart Belltown currently has in stock, by Panacea, with 18.1% THC and 0.2% CBD? This 50/50 Indica/Sativa hybrid’s delish sour diesel taste will kick in the full body high with a pleasing cerebral buzz, again the best of both worlds, and dare we call it the perfect pairing for a body painting?
Not convinced? Check out everything on the Have a Heart Pot Shop Menu here. At any rate, you can dance. Pancakes & Booze has live DJ sets throughout the night along with the very mysteriously-described “21+ events.” If you’re intrigued, you’re not alone. This popular event draws over 1,000 people in a venue built for 500. Was does this mean? Long lines! Wait in line and pay $5. Or get VIP VIP Skip-the-Line Tickets now for $10 here.
You’re welcome.
Pancakes and Booze has been bringing the art community together since 2009 and they hold these events in over 30 cities around the world. Hallelujah!
